While the whole idea of Secret Martial Arts Moves is a bit silly as far as I'm concerned (there is nothing new under the sun as far as martial arts goes!), we do have some fun with it. The techniques shown below are all real, are all things we actually use at least occasionally, and many are a little bit out of the ordinary. Enjoy!
