Hiza Guruma - Knee Wheel Tori steps strongly to the outside, pulling uki forward, while at the same time, places his foot against uke's knee. He applies some pressure, but does not sweep the leg; he merely stops uke's ability to step forward with the blocked leg in order to perform the throw. Tori's arm movement is circular, mostly in a horizontal orientation.
