Ipon Seoi Nage - Single Arm Shoulder Throw - Variation 2 In this variation, tori begins as if this were a traditional ippon seoi nage; however, as she turns in, tori drops to her knees as deeply between uke's legs as possible, keeping a firm grip on tori's arm.
The throw becomes stronger the more tori drops her right shoulder to the mat and pops up the hips at the very end of the throw.
